Terms for using BiblePro, separate from the DNMTechLabs website terms.
These terms apply specifically to BiblePro for Android and explain permitted use, local data responsibilities, third-party services, advertising and legal conditions.
Effective date and scope
Effective date: October 1, 2026. These Terms of Use apply specifically to BiblePro for Android, version 1.5.37 / build 78, package com.mald0n.versedaily, provided by DNMTechLabs.
Using BiblePro
You may use BiblePro for lawful personal reading, study, organization, listening and related features made available by the app. Do not use the app to interfere with systems, bypass security controls, distribute malware or violate applicable law or the rights of others.
Local data, backups and exports
BiblePro stores core study data primarily on the device and provides user-controlled backup, restore, export and sharing functions. You are responsible for maintaining copies of information that is important to you and for selecting appropriate storage/share destinations. Android platform backup may also operate according to your device and Google Account settings.
Bible text and third-party materials
Bible translations, source corpora, platform components, open-source libraries and other third-party materials can be subject to their own copyright, license, attribution or usage terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party content to DNMTechLabs or to the user beyond rights granted by the applicable source/license.
Advertising and third-party services
When configured, BiblePro can display banner and interstitial advertising through AppLovin MAX and can use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for supported consent/privacy flows. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. DNMTechLabs does not control the content of third-party advertisements or external services.
Updates and availability
BiblePro features, Bible corpora, platform integrations, compatibility requirements and advertising configuration may change in future versions. Some functions depend on Android system services or third-party providers and therefore may not be available on every device, region or configuration.
User-created content
Your personal notes, highlights, tags, collections and other study material remain your content. You are responsible for ensuring that content you create, import, export or share does not violate law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Except for third-party materials governed by their own licenses, BiblePro software, DNMTechLabs branding, original interface assets and original documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the right to use the app as provided; they do not transfer ownership of DNMTechLabs intellectual property.
No guarantee of uninterrupted operation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BiblePro is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every Android device. This clause does not exclude rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DNMTechLabs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, third-party services, user-selected storage/share destinations or loss of data outside DNMTechLabs' reasonable control. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Privacy
Use of BiblePro is also subject to the BiblePro Privacy Policy, which describes local study data, Android backup and advertising/consent services.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms can be updated to reflect changes in BiblePro, legal requirements or third-party platform/services. The effective date will be revised when the Terms change. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law and any consent requirements that law may impose.
